Rich is an endurance enthusiast who believes anyone can achieve their dreams. If you believe in
yourself, own the goal, consistently put in the work required, then you will achieve success!

 

Rich keeps his knowledge sharp by regularly hosting guest coaches, experts, and professional
athletes on the Mile High Endurance Podcast. Knowledge is empowering and that is his philosophy
to help the athlete learn how to achieve their goals. Rich seeks credible experts on contemporary
topics to help coaches and athletes alike stay informed.

Achieving your goal is not just a matter of conditioning. Regardless if your goal is to go long, go
fast, or both, Rich guides the learning process to adapt through technique, form, conditioning and
neurological development. Each athlete is unique and Rich meets the athlete where they are to help
them learn by taking advantage of the talents and strengths of the athlete.
A daily runner in High School and College, Rich enjoyed putting long miles. After a 15-year hiatus
Rich began training for his first marathon in 2006. In the past 11 years, Rich has competed in
everything from Sprint to Ironman and 5K to 50K races.
