Kurt Lindboom-Broberg
Be you. Only you can define who that is.
Kurt is an ex-competitive swimmer with a passion for science and endurance sports. With a background in biochemistry, molecular biology, and neuroscience, Kurt got his start in endurance sports by way of triathlon in 2010. Coaching began in 2011 and grew along with his own endeavors; beginner 5k programs up to one-on-one Ironman training.
Kurt’s coaching is based on knowledge, empowerment, and support. As a biology professor and science nerd, Kurt turns everything into an opportunity to learn and encourages athletes to never stop asking questions. As an athlete, he has personally gained much from the sport of triathlon: self-confidence, passion, and his own personal question "What is my body capable of?". Kurt uses athletics and fitness to help each athlete along their own journey to getting a glimpse of just how much they are capable of in sport, their profession, and life.
