“I feel that a lot of athletes are so passionate about their sport(s), but struggle to find the balance between work, family and life. I can help the athlete maintain a healthy lifestyle while still progressing towards their goals. I look forward to working with athletes who aren’t afraid to dream big and help them achieve their dreams whether it be their first sprint, winning their age group or qualifying for a major race.”
